Handmade hand stitched square quilt table topper that showcases a classic log cabin block patchwork pattern design composed of narrow fabric strips (logs) sewn around a central square (hearth), dividing the block into light and dark sections. The surrounding pattern consists of four white blocks with decorative quilting stitches in star shapes alternated with colorful patchwork sections.   The quilter chose new cotton fabrics with a variety of small floral and geometric patterns in shades of red, green, and white.   Finished edges.  Hand stitched quilting with white cotton backing.
