Neutral camel  and cream colors match many outfits.These  shoes are made by by Kepner Scott Manufacturing Co , the oldest operating children's shoe children's shoes in the U.S. They are a size 11 with leather upper/ lining with man- made sole. I believe these shoes were a display and only worn when tried on because  they are excellent like new condition.
